Graad 5

Persoonlike en sosiale vaardighede

Module 4

Dans/beweging

Aktiwiteit 1

Opwarming

[lo 3.1]

Lokomotoriese bewegings:

Loop

Verken meer variasies van loop, soos:

met knieë hoog gebuig voor of sywaarts;

met bene in- of uitgedraai;

met bene oorkruis op elke stap;

met wyduitgestrekte bene;

met die gebruik van verskillende arm- en handbewegings, soos: hande gevou agter die rug; met steekbewegings; handklappe bokant kop; slaan op borskas; arms stilgehou in enige posisie; arms swaaiend in verskillende posisies; ensovoorts;

Skep eie kombinasie.

Hardloop

Verken variasies van hardloop:

verander vorm bv. knieë gebuig en hoog op na vore;

bene in- of uitgedraai;

gebruik verskillende arm- en handbewegings;

verander ruimtelike patrone bv. vlakke, dimensie van passe, roete;

fokus (bv. tuur na bo, sywaarts of na ‘n vaste fokuspunt); verander tempo.

Voeg verskillende variasies in kombinasies bymekaar, bv. hardloop vorentoe met arms vorentoe of gestrek, tuur gefokus agtertoe oor enige skouer.

Skep eie kombinasie.

middellyf (vorentoe en sywaarts); bene by knieë en heupgewrigte (lig bene op); arms (by elmboë);

Voorgestelde kombinasies:

opvolgende uitwaartse en inwaartse bewegings (strek en buig in alle rigtings) in ‘n gedrae manier (legato); herhaal in reekse van drie of vier pulsasies (staccato);

beweeg uitwaarts en inwaarts met ‘n draaiende, kronkelroete;

vou hande saam en strek en buig elmboë, maak soveel rigting , vlakke, krag en spoed veranderinge as moontlik.

Skep eie kombinasie.

Swaaie

Soos in graad vier, met byvoeging van swaai van bene (vorentoe en agtertoe; van kant na kant );

explain assimilatory nitrate reduction
Esinniobiwa Reply
Assimilatory nitrate reduction is a process that occurs in some microorganisms, such as bacteria and archaea, in which nitrate (NO3-) is reduced to nitrite (NO2-), and then further reduced to ammonia (NH3).
Elkana
This process is called assimilatory nitrate reduction because the nitrogen that is produced is incorporated in the cells of microorganisms where it can be used in the synthesis of amino acids and other nitrogen products
