  • Onthou jy nog die volgorde van bewerkings? Skryf dit neer:

Kyk na: +4 × ( -3) = -12

  • Stap 1: vermenigvuldig eers die tekens met mekaar: (+) × (-) → (-)
  • Stap 2: vermenigvuldig nou die getalle met mekaar: 4 × 3 = 12

Wat van -12 ÷ (+4) = -3

  • Stap 1: deel (dieselfde as vermenigvuldiging) eers die twee tekens (-) ÷ (+) → (-)
  • Stap 2: doen nou 12 ÷ 4 = 3 OF 12 / 4
