Sit jou voet geleidelik neer totdat jou hak die grond raak.

Buig jou knieë wanneer jy land.

Spring vanaf twee voete.

Buig knieë voordat jy spring.

Maak knieë reguit soos jy opspring.

Sping vorentoe, agtertoe, na links, na regs.

Spring op die maat van die musiek.

Spring van een voet na die ander.


  • spring vier keer op al twee voete.
  • spring twee keer op die regtervoet.
  • spring twee keer op die linkervoet.
  • spring vorentoe op alternatiewe voete (vier keer).
  • spring agtertoe op al twee voete (vier keer).
  • herhaal kombinasie agt keer.

Spring van een voet na die ander.


Buig jou knieë – voete en knieë vorentoe, boude uit, plaas jou hande op jou knieë, trek jou rug op (soos ‘n kat) en ontspan (herhaal agt keer).

  • Rasiedanse is ‘n prettige aktiwiteit en kan uitgevoer word by jou volgende sportbyeenkoms.

1. Voer die volgende bewegings uit met musiek.

Fokus moet geplaas word op:

  • ruimte ( hoog/laag, groot/klein, vorentoe/sylangs/agtertoe, naby/ver, smal/wyd)
  • tyd (vinnig/stadig, reëlmatig/onreëlmatig)
  • krag (sterk/lig, aaneenlopend/perkussief)

2. Daar is vyf basiese liggaamsaktiwiteite; ondersoek hierdie aktiwiteite deur middel van beweging.

  • beweging (van een ruimte na ‘n ander)
  • draai (om om ‘n middelpunt te beweeg)
  • elevasie ( om na ‘n hoër vlak te beweeg)
  • gebare (beweging van die hande, kop of liggaam om ‘n idee of emosie uit te druk of te beklemtoon)
  • gewigsverskuiwing (om liggaamsgewig van een punt na ‘n ander te verskuif)

Die Musiek:

Kies musiek met ‘n middel- tot vinnige tempo.

“Mickey” van Toni Basil is ideaal vir hierdie konsep.

Luister na die musiek voordat julle die bewegings aandurf.

Die Pom-poms:

Indien moontlik, maak jou eie pom-poms – twee elk – een vir elke hand.

Eenvoudige, maar effektiewe pom-poms kan gemaak word van “streamers” of enige ander repe materiaal, plastiek ens.

Enige materiaal wat vrylik sal beweeg wanneer dit hanteer word, kan gebruik word.

Die Dans:

Die rasie-roetine moenie meer as drie minute lank wees nie.

3. Hieronder volg basiese bewegings vir ‘n Rasie-dansroetine.

  • Probeer hierdie bewegings uitvoer en skep jou eie rasiedans uit hierdie bewegings, asook bewegings uit Oefeninge 1 en 2:
  • staan met jou rug na die toeskouers (hou 5,6,7,8);
  • draai om met jou arms gebuig bo-op mekaar voor jou bors;
  • slaan vorentoe met jou vuiste;
  • draai jou arms om in ‘n sirkelbeweging en raak aan jou dye op pad;
  • bring jou arms terug na die eerste posisie;
  • mate 3&4.
  • plaas jou linkervuis op jou bors en jou regterarm reguit voor jou uit;
  • bring jou regtervuis na jou bors;
  • met gebuigde arms, bring jou vuiste op langs jou kop;
  • lig jou kop op dieselfde tyd;
  • bring jou arms af (steeds gebuig) en raak jou tone;
  • hou jou linkerarm in ‘n lae V;
  • slaan met jou regtervuis op jou linkerhand;
  • bring jou regtervuis terug en maak ‘n lae V;
  • slaan weer met jou linkervuis;
  • bring dit terug;
  • bring arms vinnig na jou sye.
  • skop met jou regtervoet;
  • kniel na regs, klik jou vingers;
  • klap jou hande;
  • tree vorentoe en slaan met jou linkerhand – hou jou regtervuis op jou bors;
  • draai na regs ( jou linkervuis op jou bors en jou regtervuis in ‘n T);
  • bring jou hande langs jou sye.
  • klap agter jou rug met jou regterhand en bring jou hand voor jou gesig, handpalm uit, vingers bymekaar;
  • klap agter jou rug met jou linkerhand en bring dit voor jou regterhand, handpalm uit, vingers bymekaar.
  • gly jou liggaam na links – draai jou kop na links;
  • bring jou hande op na jou kop en gly hulle af na jou heupe.

I don't understand what the A with approx sign and the boxed x mean
it think it's written 20/(X-6)^2 so it's 20 divided by X-6 squared
I'm not sure why it wrote it the other way
I got X =-6
ok. so take the square root of both sides, now you have plus or minus the square root of 20= x-6
oops. ignore that.
so you not have an equal sign anywhere in the original equation?

At high concentrations (>0.01 M), the relation between absorptivity coefficient and absorbance is no longer linear. This is due to the electrostatic interactions between the quantum dots in close proximity. If the concentration of the solution is high, another effect that is seen is the scattering of light from the large number of quantum dots.
