Opwarming van binne- en buitedy:

  • Beweeg deur twee treë na regs te neem – kyk vorentoe.
  • Beweeg twee treë na links – lei links – kyk vorentoe.
  • Voeg armbewegings by terwyl daar na links en na regs gestap word.
  • Herhaal agt keer.
  • Beweeg na regs – lei regs – tree met die regtervoet en kruis die regterbeen met die linkerbeen vir twee treë.
  • Beweeg na links en kruis bene terwyl daar gestap word.
  • Voeg armbewegings by.
  • Herhaal agt keer.
  • Beweeg na regs – kruis oor – lig linkerbeen na die kant op laaste maatslag – hou been reguit.
  • Beweeg na links – kruis oor – lig regterbeen na die kant op laaste maatslag.
  • Voeg armbewegings by.
  • Herhaal agt keer.
  • Bly op een plek en lig regter- en linkerbeen om die beurt – agt keer.

Hurkbeweging (squats):

  • Bly op een plek – maak bene wyd oop – buig bene effens.
  • Buig knieë verder – hou liggaam regop – kop op – hande op heupe – hou vir twee tellings.
  • Maak bene vir twee tellings reguit.
  • Buig bene en maak weer reguit – een telling om die beurt.
  • Herhaal agt keer.
  • Bring regtervoet vorentoe – buig knieë.
  • Neem regtervoet terug.
  • Bring regtervoet vorentoe – buig knieë.
  • Neem linkervoet terug.
  • Herhaal agt keer.
  • Wanneer hurkbewegings gedoen word, moet jy seker maak dat jou knie nie oor jou voet gaan nie.
  • Hou jou knie in lyn met jou hak wanneer jy buig.
  • Hou liggaam regop met hande op die heupe.
  • As ‘n mens hierdie oefening veilig wil uitvoer, is beheer en balans van die grootste belang.

Vorentoebewegings (Lunges):

  • Maak bene wyd oop en leun na die kante toe (regs en links om die beurt) – agt keer.
  • Bring die liggaam stadig vorentoe – hande op die knieë – terwyl jy leun - agt keer.
  • Bring die liggaam verder af tot jou hande die vloer raak – terwyl jy van regs na links leun – agt keer.
  • Doen die oefening andersom totdat jy met ‘n regop liggaam leun.
  • Herhaal oefening agt keer.

Sywaartse opwarming:

  • Hou jou bene oop en effens gebuig.
  • Plaas jou hande op jou heupe.
  • Draai die boonste helfte van jou liggaam na regs (asof jy na iemand agter jou wil kyk).
  • Draai terug en kyk vorentoe.
  • Draai die boonste deel van jou liggaam na links.
  • Terug vorentoe.
  • Herhaal agt keer.
  • Lig arm reguit sywaarts – skouerhoogte.
  • Herhaal sywaartse strekbewegings agt keer met uitgestrekte arms.

Herstel:

  • Staan met voete teen mekaar.
  • Skud alle beweegbare liggaamsdele.

Jy is nou gereed om met die volgende aktiwiteite voort te gaan.

Aktiwiteit 2:

Om te improviseer, te rangskik en bewegings te kombineer: jazz

Jou onderwyser sal die agtergrond van jazz-dans kortliks verduidelik. Onthou, jy hoef nie noodwendig ‘n danser te wees om hierdie volgende aktiwiteit te kan geniet nie – al wat jy hoef te doen, is om die bewegings te verken en te ontdek wat jou liggaam alles kan doen. Jy sal verbaas wees! Probeer dit.

  • “Rise” deur Herb Alpert
  • “All that Jazz” uit die klankbaan van “Chicago”
  • Luister aandagtig na verskillende snitte van jazz-musiek.
  • Let op na die duidelike vier-op-vier -maatslag en kenmerkende frasering.

At high concentrations (>0.01 M), the relation between absorptivity coefficient and absorbance is no longer linear.
