Dans en gestremdheid


In hierdie leereenheid sal elkeen gelei word om gestremdheid te verstaan en, wat die dans betref, te bespreek. Julle sal ook kan debatteer oor die verskillende tradisionele geslagsrolle in dans deur verskillende standpunte daaroor te identifiseer.

Aktiwiteit 1

Om korrek vir dansoefeninge op te warm

  • Voordat jy kan begin om jou dansroetine te skep, moet jou liggaam goed opgewarm word om beserings te voorkom en ook om jou voor te berei op die aktiwiteit wat gaan volg.
  • Hierdie opwarmingsoefeninge kan op die maat van musiek gedoen word. Kies musiek wat nie te vinnig is nie en waarop jy gemaklik kan beweeg.


  • Staan met jou voete heupwydte van mekaar af, arms langs jou sye.
  • Asem in deur jou neus – lig jou arms op.
  • Asem uit deur jou mond – laat sak jou arms en buig jou knieë terselfdertyd.
  • Herhaal vier keer.


  • Staan met jou voete heupwydte van mekaar af – arms langs jou sye.
  • Laat sak jou kop vorentoe en afwaarts en lig (herhaal agt keer).
  • Draai jou kop van kant tot kant (regs na links) (herhaal agt keer).
  • Draai jou kop van regs na links in ‘n semi-sirkel (herhaal agt keer).


  • Lig jou regterskouer op en af.
  • Lig jou linkerskouer op en af.
  • Lig en laat sak jou skouers om die beurt (herhaal agt keer).
  • Draai jou regterskouer na agter.
  • Draai jou linkerskouer na agter.
  • Draai albei skouers na agter (herhaal agt keer).
  • Draai jou regterskouer vorentoe.
  • Draai jou linkerskouer vorentoe.
  • Draai albei skouers vorentoe (herhaal agt keer).


  • Lig albei arms horisontaal reguit op na die kante en laat sak (herhaal agt keer).
  • Lig albei arms horisontaal reguit skouerhoogte op, dan reguit op bo jou kop, terug na skouerhoogte en laat sak jou arms langs jou sye (herhaal agt keer).


  • Staan met jou voete heupwydte van mekaar af – knieë effens gebuig – hande op heupe – hou heupe vorentoe – draai bolyf na regs – terug na middel – draai bolyf na links – terug na middel (herhaal agt keer).


  • Kyk vorentoe en tree na regs – voete en liggaam wys nog steeds na voor – tree na links (herhaal agt keer).
  • Tree na regs – tel linkerbeen op – buig knie terug – lig voet na boud.
  • Tree na links – tel regterbeen op – buig knie terug – lig voet op na boud.
  • Herhaal agt keer.
  • Tree regs – kyk vorentoe – lig linkerknie vorentoe op en sak.
  • Tree links – lig regterknie vorentoe op en laat sak.
  • Herhaal agt keer.
  • Plaas voete van mekaar af – strek van kant tot kant – hou voete stewig op die vloer – hande op heupe (herhaal agt keer).
  • Strek ("lunge") na regs en hou strekposisie vir agt tellings.
  • Strek na links en hou strekposisie vir agt tellings.
  • Staan met voete heupwydte van mekaar af – knieë gebuig – hande op heupe.
  • Lig tone om die beurt – hou hakke op die vloer (herhaal agt keer).
  • Lig hakke om die beurt (herhaal agt keer).
  • Loop op die plek vir sestien tellings.

Om dans aan te wend sodat gestremdes dit kan waardeer

Ons ondersoek die beweging en kreatiwiteit van gestremde persone.

I don't understand what the A with approx sign and the boxed x mean
it think it's written 20/(X-6)^2 so it's 20 divided by X-6 squared
I'm not sure why it wrote it the other way
I got X =-6
ok. so take the square root of both sides, now you have plus or minus the square root of 20= x-6
oops. ignore that.
so you not have an equal sign anywhere in the original equation?

anybody can imagine what will be happen after 100 years from now in nano tech world
after 100 year this will be not nanotechnology maybe this technology name will be change . maybe aftet 100 year . we work on electron lable practically about its properties and behaviour by the different instruments

At high concentrations (>0.01 M), the relation between absorptivity coefficient and absorbance is no longer linear. This is due to the electrostatic interactions between the quantum dots in close proximity. If the concentration of the solution is high, another effect that is seen is the scattering of light from the large number of quantum dots. This assumption only works at low concentrations of the analyte. Presence of stray light.
