Tháp giải nhiệt và bình giãn nỡ

Tháp giải nhiệt

Trong hệ thống điều hoà không khí giải nhiệt bằng nước bắt buộc phải sử dụng tháp giải nhiệt. Tháp giải nhiệt được sử dụng để giải nhiệt nước làm mát bình ngưng trong hệ thống lạnh máy điều hoà không khí.

Trên hình 7-4 trình bày cấu tạo của một tháp giải nhiệt

Cấu tạo gồm : Thân và đáy tháp bằng nhựa composit . Bên trong có các khối sợi nhựa có tác dụng làm tơi nước, tăng bề mặt tiếp xúc, thường có 02 khối. Ngoài ra bên trong còn có hệ thống ống phun nước, quạt hướng trục. Hệ thống ống phun nuớc quay xung quanh trục khi có nước phun. Mô tơ quạt đặt trên đỉnh tháp. Xung quanh phần thân còn có các tấm lưới , có thể dễ dàng tháo ra để vệ sinh đáy tháp, cho phép quan sát tình hình nước trong tháp nhưng vẫn ngăn cản rác có thể rơi vào bên trong tháp. Thân tháp được lắp từ một vài tấm riêng biệt, các vị trí lắp tạo thành gân tăng sức bền cho thân tháp.

Phần dưới đáy tháp có các ống nước sau : Ống nước vào, ống nước ra, ống xả cặn, ống cấp nước bổ sung và ống xả tràn.

Khi chọn tháp giải nhiệt người ta căn cứ vào công suất giải nhiệt . Công suất đó được căn cứ vào mã hiệu của tháp. Ví dụ tháp FRK-80 có công suất giải nhiệt 80 Ton

Bảng 7-3 dưới đây trình bày các đặc tính kỹ thuật của tháp giải nhiệt RINKI. Theo bảng đó ta có thể xác định được lưu lượng nước yêu cầu, các thông số về cấu trúc và khối lượng của tháp. Từ lưu lượng của tháp có thể xác định được công suất giải nhiệt của tháp

G- Lưu lượng nước của tháp, kg/s

Cn- Nhiệt dung riêng của nước : Cn = 1 kCal/kg.độ

tn - Độ chênh lệch nhiệt độ nước vào ra tháp tn = 4oC
