• Up to $25,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN

• Summary
•

The RN Shift Supervisor is part of the departmental leadership team that provides clinical supervision on a shift basis including: coordination and assignment of patient care; functions as a unit patient flow coordinator, facilitating admissions, discharges and transfers; coordinates unit staffing for next shift with the Director/Clinical Manager, Coordinator and/or House Officer; The RN Shift Supervisor serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff; provides supervisory input into department staff evaluations and performance reviews. The RN Shift Supervisor completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

• Required:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Preferred:
• Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)

• Experience
•

• Required:
• 1 year RN experience.

• Certifications
•

• Required:
• Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR
