Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) seeks a Customer Service Representative for a contract term at one of our biggest financial clients! This position requires that the selected candidate will work on site in Irving, TX.

The Customer Service Representative will respond to escalated inquiries and complaints on the most complex product and services from customers. They resolve complex escalation items such as: exception tickets, limit authorities, research of customer issues, and on-line transaction processing.

• Duties include:
•

• Communicating with other departments, managers, or vendors to resolve customer issues
•

• Team lead responsibilities, including aiding less experienced representatives
•

• Providing feedback and coaching on performance; training on policies and procedures, new or enhanced services and/or procedural changes
•

• Reviewing the work of and providing guidance to less experienced representatives. Reviews data and reports trends to management.
•

• Other duties may include performing the operational duties of the supervisory position; offering or recommending products based on customer needs, and project work.
•

• Required Qualifications:
•

• 3+ years of customer service experience demonstrated through work, military, or education
•

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
•

• Capable of handling quick change regarding process updates
•

• Professional phone tones in your voice
•

• Ownership of a situation, providing an outstanding customer experience
•

• Solid typing skills
•

• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft applications
•

• Desired Qualifications:
•

• Strong knowledge and understanding of bank policies, procedures, and systems
•

• Ability to work in a fast-paced action-oriented environment
•

• Customer service focus with experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer issues
•

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•
