Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Executive Director of Sales and Marketing. As a member of the Company's senior executive team, the successful candidate will manage sales and lead the generating staff to drive new sales focusing on information technology project management services and federal government grant support services within the industries. of the private sector and health in Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute Strategic Sales Marketing Plans to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and expand the customer base
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Oversee a high-performance Business Development team by providing leadership that enables strategic objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Regular status reporting to the Company Board of Directors on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of new sales and growth accounts
  • Create key performance metrics reports
Education
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Previous proven consulting services executive sales and marketing experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-starter with proven leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of the company's products and services
  • Proven ability to position the company's products and services against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of Sales & Marketing, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team management skills
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
