In this role as the HRBP Director, you are involved in leading the Senior Operations Leadership team and overseeing the HR Business Partner team. Collaborating with operational leaders, the Director works with various HR centers to shape HR initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with supervisors, addressing employee concerns, developing business knowledge, contributing to strategic planning, implementing retention strategies, and ensuring HR compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Acquire extensive business acumen and foster solid partnerships with employees and managers concerning HR affairs.
Contribute to strategic planning to guarantee the company's readiness for growth and service expansion.
Supervise the execution of efficient employee retention tactics in line with legal standards.
Ensure compliance of human resources operations with regulatory norms.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
Qualifications MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
8+ years of exempt-level human resources experience specifically with strategic planning and consultation. Experience in employee relations, recruiting, worker's compensation claims management, training, etc.
Experienced in strategic HR conversations, project management, change management, and data analytics.
2+ years of management experience specifically with performance management, coaching, and developing others specific to HR
The ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization\
Must be knowledgeable in federal and state employment law.
NICE TOHAVE:

SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Preferencein the human services or healthcare field

Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.
Ability to think critically, - recognize connections, translate goals into action, and use sound judgment to make choices in alignment with strategy and company culture/values.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box, bringing new ideas and concepts to the table.
Ability to build and foster strong partnerships with employees at all levels.
