We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Data Management Engineer to join our Enterprise Financial Messaging team. This role is located in Pune, India - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Data Analysis and management.
Develop understanding of business needs and functionalities to determine compatibility of database / datasets.
Provides knowledge of enterprise data to assist the business in the creation and definition of internal and external message flows.
Work with Internal and external stakeholders to elicit and document data flow requirements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent.
Data Analysis Experience
Data Modeling experience
SWIFT ISO20022 / XML Experience
Excellent Communication Skill.
AI and ML exposure.
