The Project Manager - Beverage Distribution & Warehousing is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects related to the distribution of beverages.This includes working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes, improve existing systems, and manage the flow of products from the warehouse to the customer.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the beverage distribution industry, as well as SAP Workstream experience and strong project management skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans for new and existing projects
Manage project budgets and timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
Identify and manage project risks
Communicate project status to stakeholders
Develop and implement new processes and systems to improve the efficiency of the beverage distribution operation
Manage the flow of products from the warehouse to the customer
Ensure that all products are shipped in a timely and accurate manner
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in distribution
Strong project management skills
Experience with project management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
