Aktiwiteit 1:

Om die liggaam OP TE WARM voor uitvoering van die aktiwiteite

Die opwarming verminder die moontlikheid van beserings en sal die danse makliker maak om uit te voer. Dit sal makliker en meer pret wees as julle die opwarming met musiek doen. Moenie musiek kies wat te vinnig is nie.


Staan met voete ‘n heupwydte van mekaar, voete wys vorentoe, arms hang langs sye.

  • Dit is belangrik om jou liggaamslyn te behou om die spesifieke spiere wat opgewarm word, te isoleer.
  • Korrekte liggaamslyne sal beserings verhoed.
  • Beweeg slegs die liggaamsdele en spiere soos voorgeskryf.


  • Asem in deur die neus vir vier tellings en lig die arms geleidelik sywaarts op.
  • Strek jou ruggraat.
  • Asem uit deur jou mond vir vier tellings en laat sak jou arms geleidelik.
  • Herhaal asemhalingsoefening.
  • Staan met voete heupwydte van mekaar – knieë effens gebuig – arms langs die sye.
  • Herhaal vier keer.

L oop en arm-opwarming

  • Loop op die plek op die maat van die musiek.
  • Lig arms reguit vorentoe op tot skouerhoogte en laat sak (agt keer).
  • Lig arms reguit op na die kante – skouerhoogte – en laat sak (agt keer).
  • Lig arms reguit op vanuit skouerhoogte en bring vorentoe en dan uit na die kante (agt keer).
  • Kombineer armbewegings – herhaal elke oefening agt keer.
  • Herhaal elke oefening vier keer.
  • Herhaal elke oefening twee keer.
  • Hou aan met loop op die plek terwyl jy die armoefeninge uitvoer.

L oop en beweeg

  • Loop vorentoe vir vier tellings – lei met jou regterbeen.
  • Loop agtertoe vir vier tellings – kyk vorentoe.
  • Loop na regs vir vier tellings.
  • Draai om en loop na links vir vier tellings.
  • Sit armbewegings by.
  • Herhaal loop-oefening agt keer met armbewegings.

L oop met rigtingveranderings

  • Loop vorentoe vir vier tellings.
  • Loop agteruit (kyk vorentoe) vir vier tellings.
  • Draai en loop na regs vir vier tellings.
  • Draai na links en loop vir vier tellings.
  • Loop vir vier tellings na die diagonale regterhoek.
  • Loop agteruit na die beginposisie.
  • Loop vir vier tellings na die linkerhoek.
  • Loop agteruit na die beginposisie vir vier tellings.
  • Draai om en loop na die agterste regterkantse hoek vir vier tellings.
  • Loop agteruit terug na die beginposisie vir vier tellings.
  • Loop na die agterste linkerkantse hoek vir vier tellings.
  • Loop agteruit na die beginposisie vir vier tellings.
  • Draai om en kyk vorentoe.
  • Herhaal rigtingveranderings vier keer.

Loop met rigtingveranderings - addisioneel

  • Herhaal rigtingveranderingsformasie.
  • Lig jou been vorentoe op (met die knie gebuig) op elke vierde telling.
  • Herhaal formasie en lig been na die kant op met die knie gebuig op die vierde telling.
  • Herhaal formasie en lig been agtertoe op met die knie gebuig (hak wys na boud) op die vierde telling.
  • Herhaal formasie en hurk op die vierde telling.
  • Sit armbewegings by.
  • Jy kan hierdie bewegings kombineer op enige manier soos jy wil – wees kreatief!


  • Kom terug na hurk-posisie – voete uitmekaar – knieë gebuig – liggaam regop.
  • Buig en maak knieë reguit deur boude uit te druk en bolyf effens vorentoe met ‘n reguit rug – hande op knieë (agt keer).
  • Bring voete na mekaar en hurk agt keer.
  • Maak knieë oop terwyl jy hurk en toe terwyl jy regop kom (agt keer).

Yeah, it is a pain to say the least. You basically have to heat the substarte up to around 1000 degrees celcius then pass phosphene gas over top of it, which is explosive and toxic by the way, under very low pressure.

anybody can imagine what will be happen after 100 years from now in nano tech world
after 100 year this will be not nanotechnology maybe this technology name will be change . maybe aftet 100 year . we work on electron lable practically about its properties and behaviour by the different instruments
