Die huwelikseremonie

In hierdie module gaan ons kyk na die ritueel, en dan meer spesifiek, die huwelikseremonie.

Om voorbeelde van lofdigkuns na te vors en aan te bied

Wat is lof?

  • Wat gesê word tot eer of ten gunste van iemand.
  • Prysende woorde.
  • Om eer en dank aan ‘n godheid te bied.
  • Om die wonderlike eienskappe van iemand, iets of ‘n godheid met eerbetoon en danksegging toe te sing.

Aan wie kan ons lof bring?

  • Ons God of gode
  • Ons ouers
  • Ons beste vriend
  • Ons meisie of ou
  • Ons opvoeder
  • Ons Prinsipaal
  • Ons president
  • Ons land
  • Die natuur
  • Ons gunsteling sportspan of sportster
  • ‘n Popster of filmster
  • Kan jy dink aan nog iemand aan wie jy lof wil bring?
  • Is die voordra of skryf van ‘n liefdesgedig lofdigkuns?

Jou opvoeder sal vir jou ‘n kort agtergrond gee oor lofdigkuns voordat jy met die oefeninge begin.

Indien daar iets is wat jy nie verstaan nie, moet jy asseblief jou opvoeder vra.

Oefening 1: navorsing

Doen navorsing oor die volgende en bied dit aan jou klas:

  • Die agtergrond of geskiedenis van lofdigkuns.
  • Ten minste een lofdigter, sy werk en agtergrond.
  • Waar en hoe lofdigkuns aangebied word.
  • Tot watter mate dit Suid-Afrika vandag beïnvloed het.

Die aanbieding kan uit die volgende bestaan:

  • mondelinge aanbieding
  • geskrewe aanbieding
  • oudiovisuele aanbieding

Nota: die aanbieding kan uit een of al drie van bogenoemde bestaan:

  • prente
  • navorsing
  • hulpmiddels
  • video
  • opnames (CD, band)
    • Die mondelinge en oudiovisuele aanbiedings moet nie langer as tien minute duur nie.

o efening 2: opwarming

Voordat jy met die volgende oefening begin, moet jy deelneem aan ‘n goeie opwarmingsroetine om sodoende jou stem en liggaam voor te berei.

Die opwarming

Ontspanning en postuur

  • Staan met jou voete effens van mekaar af en sak vorentoe met jou bolyf.
  • Voel hoe jou maag ontspan, jou bors insak en jou kop op jou bors val.
  • Voel jouself regop en lank groei soos jy tien tel.
  • Jou ribbekas moet oplig vanaf jou onderlyf en jou kop moet regop op jou skouers wees.
  • Herhaal vier keer.
  • Lig jou skouers op tot by jou ore.
  • Trek ‘n gesig.
  • Ontspan jou gesig vinnig, asof jy ‘n masker afhaal, totdat jy al die plooie van jou voorkop af voel verdwyn en die spiere in jou gesig sonder spanning is.
  • Laat jou skouers sak sodat jou arms gemaklik langs jou sye hang.
  • Herhaal vier keer.

Asemhaling

  • Plaas die agterkante van jou hande op jou lae ribbes en asem in deur jou neus en versigtig uit deur jou mond.
  • Herhaal agt keer.

Nota: moet nie te veel asem inasem nie, konsentreer net op die gevoel van beweging van jou ribbekas.

  • Asem in op jou ribbes en tel versigtig tot tien terwyl jy fluister.
  • Jou gefluister met die tellings moet net so sterk wees op nege en tien as wat dit was op een.
  • Herhaal agt keer.

Nota: maak seker dat jy nie al jou asem op een slag uitblaas nie.

  • Asem in op jou ribbes terwyl jy jou arms sywaarts oplig totdat hulle bo jou kop is.
  • Nota: dit moet voel asof jy reik na iets bo jou, sonder spanning in die skouers en keel.
  • Haal vinnig asem, soos ‘n hond, en voel die beweging in jou diafragma.
  • Herhaal agt keer.
  • Asem dan stadig en egalig uit, deur gebruik te maak van die lug in jou ribbekas, soos jy jou arms laat sak.
  • Herhaal agt keer.

fullerene is a bucky ball aka Carbon 60 molecule. It was name by the architect Fuller. He design the geodesic dome. it resembles a soccer ball.

That is a great question Damian. best way to answer that question is to Google it. there are hundreds of applications for buck minister fullerenes, from medical to aerospace. you can also find plenty of research papers that will give you great detail on the potential applications of fullerenes.

Yeah, it is a pain to say the least. You basically have to heat the substarte up to around 1000 degrees celcius then pass phosphene gas over top of it, which is explosive and toxic by the way, under very low pressure.
