Om 'n gebalanseerde dieet te beskryf

Dink gou: wat het jy gisteraand geëet? En vanoggend voor skool?

Kos word in voedselgroepe opgedeel. ‘n Mens moet elke dag iets van elke voedselgroep eet om ‘n gesonde dieet te volg.

Alle lewende wesens het voedsel nodig vir energie, om te beweeg, om te groei en om selle te herstel wat beskadig is. Hulle het ook spysverteringstelsels om die voedingstowwe wat die liggaam nodig het, uit die voedsel te haal terwyl ons eet.

Voedselgroepe:

Proteïne help ons om nuwe selle te vervaardig en sterk en gesond op te groei.

Bronne van proteïne : vleis, vis, kaas, eiers, melk, sojaboontjies, neute

Vitamines hou ons gesond en maak ons bene en tande sterk.

Bronne van vitamines : vrugte en groente, lewer, melk, olierige vis.

Vette verskaf energie. Energie word in vette in die liggaam gestoor totdat dit benodig word.

Bronne van vette : botter, melk, kaas, neute, room, sardientjies, margarien, olie.

Suiker en stysel (koolhidrate) verskaf ook energie aan die liggaam.

Bronne van stysel en suiker : vrugte, koekies, lekkers, brood, gewone suiker, aartappels, rys.

Minerale : kalsium bou sterk bene, tande en spiere / yster help rooibloedselle om suurstof van die longe na die res van die liggaam te vervoer

Bronne van minerale : melk, kaas vis, groente, vrugte, lewer, witbrood

Opdrag:

In hierdie module sal jy die ontvouing van ‘n kubus vind. Teken die bronne aan wat aangedui word, met hul opskrifte op die vlakke van die kubus. Knip en vou dit dan soos aangedui en hang dit in die klas op.

Werk nou ‘n gebalanseerde spyskaart vir een dag uit, met drie etes ingesluit.

Ontbyt Middagete Aandete

Vind uit wat is die stapelvoedsel van ons land, en dié van ander lande.

Dit is duidelik wanneer die leerder:

1.1   ondersoek beplan;

1.2   ondersoek uitvoer en data versamel;

1.3       data evalueer en bevindings kommunikeer.

Opdrag met kubusse: Gebruik die aangehegte kubusvorm en laat die kinders mooi netjies daarop teken en in die klas ophang.

At high concentrations (>0.01 M), the relation between absorptivity coefficient and absorbance is no longer linear. This is due to the electrostatic interactions between the quantum dots in close proximity. If the concentration of the solution is high, another effect that is seen is the scattering of light from the large number of quantum dots. This assumption only works at low concentrations of the analyte. Presence of stray light.
