  • Julle groep moet minstens drie blomwinkels of blommeverkopers in jul omgewing besoek.

Hou die volgende in gedagte as riglyne:

  1. Kyk net na ‘n bos gemengde blomme.
  2. Neem die getal blomme in elke bos in aanmerking.
  3. Sê in jul verslag wie die goedkoopste is en motiveer hoekom julle so sê. Onthou om al jul bewerkings te wys!
  4. Werk netjies en handig jul projek betyds in.

Aktiwiteit 10:

1. Ek bereken my antwoord deur herhaalde aftrekking.

Ek weet 34 × 100 = 3 400.

Dus: 7 310

- 3 400 (100)

3 910

- 3 400 (100)

510

- 340 (10)

170

- 170 (5)

- - -

Die antwoord is dus 100 + 100 + 10 + 5 = 215

2. Ek moet 7 310 ÷ 34 bereken. Ek doen dit deur te vermenigvuldig.

34 × 100 = 3 400, so 34 × 200 = 6 800

7 310 – 6 800 = 510

34 × 10 = 340

510 – 340 = 170

34 × 5 = 170

170 – 170 = 0

Die kwosiënt is dus 200 + 10 + 5 = 215

  1. 7 310 = (3 400 + 3 400) + 340 + 170

Dus: (3 400 ÷ 34) + (3 400 ÷ 34) + (340 ÷ 34) + (170 ÷ 34)

= 100 + 100 + 10 + 5

= 215

7 Verduidelik die metode by nr. 5 vir jou klasmaats. (Verbeel jou JY is die opvoeder!)

8. Watter van die metodes hierbo verkies jy?

Aktiwiteit 12:

Astronomy (from Ancient Greek ἀστρονομία (astronomía) 'science that studies the laws of the stars') is a natural science that studies celestial objects and phenomena. It uses mathematics, physics, and chemistry in order to explain their origin and evolution.

is that so. the question was in the end of this chapter

in theory, you could see them all from the equator (though over the course of a year, not at pne time). stars are measured in "declination", which is how far N or S of the equator (90* to -90*). Polaris is the North star, and is ALMOST 90* (+89*). So it would just barely creep over the horizon.
